Get to know me
I have enjoyed living a full and meaningful life for as long as I can remember. For the past 12 years, I have been coaching high-level Rugby both nationally and internationally. My coaching philosophy has been focused on synthesizing hard work, intentional practice, mental health, and the development of a diversified identity that relies on vulnerable connection to achieve success. I am passionate about helping my clients create and move towards their goals while assisting their self-discovery and personal growth adventures. I have spent years improving my skills to help clients deal with trauma and emerge from those places with new insight, energy, and focus. My work involves supporting the whole person, because it is a lot easier to live a successful life when every part of a person is committed to living out their values.
I have always loved helping athletes, first responders/military, and other high-performing individuals find meaning in their lives beyond the success on the field or in the boardroom. I want to see my clients live fulfilled lives, whatever it is they are passionate about pursuing. I have been able to experience life in many unique ways, including my time serving and leading in the military. As someone who naturally enjoys the freedom and flexibility of an open schedule, I am extremely grateful for the lessons I have learned in life that have taught me the right balance between that flexibility and the organization/discipline to prioritize the right habits and routines for me.
It brings me great joy to support others in finding their own balance in life. I look forward to getting to work with anyone who feels like I may be the right fit for them.
