Get to know me
I work with high-performing individuals across sport, business, and creative fields who ask questions that don't have easy answers. My clients often struggle with the weight of their own ambition and the fear of losing what defines them.
I know what it means to be defined by performance. I grew up in Nigeria, where soccer was a language, not just a game. Through rugby, I learned the cost of pushing through when both body and mind are screaming to stop, leading to a herniated disc in my back. Unable to perform the way I used to, I had to grieve the loss of a version of myself I had always relied on. That grief taught me something no textbook ever could.
Who am I when I am not performing? What is left when the thing that defined me is gone?
These are the questions I bring to my work as lived experience. Yes, high drive individuals need someone who can push them but they also need someone who understands the challenges of an identity based on performance. I love supporting athletes, artists, professionals, and anyone who has ever asked themselves what they become when the performance ends.
I also support clients navigating Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) because I understand how criticism can land like a physical blow, how the fear of disappointing others can override your own instincts, and how hard it can be to trust your own judgment when the noise of self-doubt is loud.
My approach is direct, relational, and deeply human. I will not waste your time. I do not believe in performative therapy. I show up as myself and I invite you to do the same.
