Get to know me
Sport has a way of shaping who we become. The discipline, resilience, and confidence developed through sport often extend far beyond competition and into every aspect of life. For me, those lessons became especially meaningful when a tennis injury ended my competitive career and challenged the identity I had built around being an athlete. It was through that experience, along with the challenges and opportunities of growing up as an immigrant, that I developed a passion for psychology and helping others navigate change, adversity, and growth.
I work with adults, teens, athletes, and individuals navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and the pressures that can come with high performance. I am also passionate about supporting those navigating the immigrant experience and the unique questions of belonging, identity, and expectations that can accompany it.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I enjoy working with neurodivergent youth and athletes at all stages of their journey, whether they are pursuing ambitious goals, recovering from setbacks, building confidence, or exploring who they are beyond their performance. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and the skills needed to thrive both in sport and in life.
