Masters in Counselling Student
Accepting bookings for 2022 beginning on December 12th.
Since starting my post-secondary education, I’ve known that I wanted to work a career within the mental health field. Upon graduating with my Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology, I took an opportunity to expand my education by pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I’m currently completing the practicum portion of my post-graduate degree with Mindbuffs and am excited to bring my passion for helping others into the field of counselling.
Sport has always played an important role in my life in helping me find passion and enjoyment through healthy competition. Having played soccer since a young age, I have always been interested in how to improve my game and get to a higher level of performance as I developed. I view personal growth the same way and have a strong commitment to lifelong learning and performance improvement. In session, through a client-centered approach, I will work collaboratively with clients on their mental health or performance-based challenges. I believe in making therapy empowering and insightful to build upon clients’ strengths and reach their potential in both sport and life goals.
